If you lost track of the news stories this week, our Weekly free lunch post will keep you updated.
The past week saw a number of interesting stories:
- Fuel prices increased and Prof Krugell played around with a podcast:
- We found an excellent article by Felicity Duncan asking what would be the point of revolution in South Africa.
- Moeletsi Mbeki writes that the revolution will happen once China’s minerals-intensive industrialisation phase is concluded.
- Internationally the news was all about bond buying by the ECB.
Classic! MT @greg_ip: CNBC sent out alert that ECB was planning on buying “bongs.” I guess that explains new highs in world markets.—
